Can You Refund My European Payment?

Refunds will be automatically processed for all MXM purchases (X-Coin and Memberships) made between August 30, 2017 and November 16, 2017. Starting November 16th, all refunds will be processed within the next 7-14 days, and will be refunded via the same payment method* the purchase was made. There is no need to contact support requesting a refund as they will be processed automatically on our end.


*If you made an MXM purchase during the Aug. 30 - Nov. 16 time frame with one of the following nonrefundable European payment methods, please contact Support for more information on how you will be compensated:

  • PaySafeCard
  • Nordea
  • Osuuspankki & Aastopankki
