If I purchase a Founder’s Pack and change my mind, can I get a refund?

If you’d like to request a refund your Founder’s Pack, please submit a ticket here and provide as much of the following information:

  • Your NC account name (email address)
  • The Order Number sent to you via email
  • If the payment was done by credit/debit card, please provide ONLY the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card used
  • If the payment was done using PayPal®, please provide the order ID or transaction ID from your PayPal® payment history for the transaction
